What I Offer
Fitness is more than repetition and weight. Fitness must first live in the mind and the desire to shift that motivation outward will propel you forward in your pursuit of physical health.
One-on-One training allows your fitness plan to be carefully mapped out to suit your specific needs.
Each one-on-one session is 60 minutes in length and will be structured based on the data gathered during your initial free consultation.
I offer group training sessions as well as a weekly boot camp that has been created solely to challenge and empower each person in attendance.
With an array of offerings to accommodate individual personalities - There is an option for everyone.
